About
A practice built around the board sitting
Future Net Systems exists to give directors and finance committees in Taiwan an independent reading of period-end findings — written for discussion, not for filing cabinets.
Origin
The practice began after repeated board sittings where management packs arrived dense, late, and uneven — leaving chairs to invent the discussion order in the room. We started drafting independent board reporting audit summaries that isolate material findings, residual risk, and open actions before the papers are bound.
From an office at NO.56JHONGSHANST.CaotunTownshipTAIWANTaiwan(China), we work with companies whose finance teams already close the books, but whose directors need a second set of eyes on what the sitting should confront.
Working approach
We treat every engagement as a board-cycle commitment. Document receipt dates matter. So do finance-committee calendars, prior open items, and the difference between a working-paper observation and language a director can minute.
Engagements are led by a senior reviewer and checked by a second reader before pack pages leave our desk. We do not issue statutory audit opinions; we prepare summaries and briefing materials that help governance conversations stay concrete.
Values we keep visible
- Clarity over volume — directors should not hunt for the material point.
- Independence of wording — management may disagree; the summary still records the finding.
- Respect for local sitting rhythms — Taiwan board calendars often cluster after period close, and our timelines follow that pressure.
- Honest constraints — late drops and missing schedules are named early, not after the fact.
Bring the next sitting into view
If you already have a board date and a draft management pack, we can tell you whether an independent summary fits the remaining days.
