Fee guidance for board-cycle work
Most engagements are quoted as a fixed fee per sitting or committee cycle after we understand pack complexity, group structure, and document readiness. Exact figures depend on scope — these ranges orient the conversation.

Starting ranges assume a single-entity pack with orderly schedules. Multi-entity groups, first-time engagements, or compressed calendars are quoted separately. Fees are informational; no payment is collected on this site.
What moves a quote up or down
- Number of entities and consolidation layers in the pack
- Volume of open prior-period actions still unsettled
- Whether findings language must be bilingual for the sitting
- On-site days in Caotun Township or at the client office
- Rush cycles with fewer than eight working days after document receipt
Deposits and billing
Board-cycle engagements usually require a booking deposit to reserve the review window before the sitting. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the final pack pages. Walkthrough sessions are billed after the session and wording sheet.
If the sitting is postponed after work has begun, already-reviewed sections remain chargeable under our refund terms.
