Acceptance

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. Formal engagement terms for a specific board cycle are confirmed in a separate written proposal or engagement letter, which prevails over website summaries where they differ.

Services described

Pages on this site describe professional services for preparing board reporting audit summaries and executive review packs. Descriptions are informational. They do not create a client relationship until both parties accept a written engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and branding of Future Net Systems, is owned by the practice or its licensors. You may not copy substantive content for commercial reuse without prior written consent. Deliverables under a paid engagement are licensed to the client as stated in the engagement letter.

No statutory opinion

Unless an engagement letter expressly states otherwise, our summaries and packs are not statutory audit opinions under Taiwanese auditing standards and must not be represented as such to regulators or third parties.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Future Net Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability for contracted engagements is limited as set out in the applicable engagement letter and may not exceed fees paid for the specific board cycle giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under Taiwan law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts located in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any different forum clause in a signed engagement letter.
