How the work moves

  1. Intake call to confirm meeting date, pack structure, and prior-period open items
  2. Document receipt and working-paper review
  3. Draft summary circulated to the finance contact
  4. Final pack pages delivered for binding into the board papers

Timing, delivery, and preparation

Duration: Typically 8–12 working days from complete document receipt; shorter cycles available for scheduled board calendars.

Delivery: Remote document review with optional on-site sessions in Caotun Township or client offices by arrangement.

Preparation: Provide the draft management pack, trial balance extracts, prior audit summary, and the board agenda draft.

Constraints: We cannot certify numbers we have not reviewed. Late document drops may push delivery past the sitting date.

Fees: Fixed fee per board cycle, quoted after a brief intake of pack complexity and entity group structure.
